Exceptional
Excellent hotel, excellent food, friendly staff in the restaurant and at the reception. A room with a wonderful view of the sea, a beautiful, new, clean room. The hotel is right on the beach, near the airport and Palma, and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. I recommend!!

This is an amazing place with great staff!
This hotel exceeded our expectations! We had a room with the best sea views, beautiful terrace to enjoy a wine in the evening watching the sun set, super clean, with a little refrigerator, tv and enough space, even a cot bed for our daughter which we didn’t use or asked for but very thoughtful!! Good, varied food, even for the fussiest eater, different dinner everyday and slightly different buffet breakfast too! Amazing staff, very customer oriented, they are doing their best to help and accommodate everyone! They speak both English and German, apart from Spanish, they are indeed very impressive! Perfect location to easily get to Palma and from there anywhere on the Island, the bus stops are in front of it so super easy to use public transportation, and everything you may need around in the area! We also loved their facilities, pool, jacuzzi, sauna and turkish bath indoors, also pools outside where you can lay down and have a cocktail and enjoy the views, being literally in front of the beach.
I find it very difficult to find something negative, maybe just a suggestion. This is a place where having freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast should be a piece of cake, super cheap, easy and delicious/healthy! I think would be much appreciated!
